Shopping, Shipping & Returns
All orders are to be made and paid for online. Should you experience any difficulties please contact us via our online form HERE and we will get back to you ASAP with a resolution.
Please log your return within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Due to the nature of the product we cannot accept any returns of goods which have been opened and used.
Contact us on info@fiorifragrances.com and place your order number in the subject line with the word RETURN.
You may then provide us with the reason for your return in the email together with photographs if the product has arrived in an unsatisfactory (crushed, broken in transit) and unusable state. We will then communicate the replacement process subject to your reason for return.
Courier costs may be for customer account subject to reason for your return.
We aim to deliver anywhere from 2 to 5 days from date of purchase. This rule will apply strictly to your payment reflecting in our account prior to shipment. No orders are dispatched without payments being cleared by our bank.
Delivery is also subject to your location. Main centers are usually delivered within 2 to 3 days whereas outlying/remote areas can take between 5 to 7 days for delivery.
Please also not that shipping times are subject to whether you select Express or Standard shipping and your actual location.
No we do not accommodate COD payments.
Since we only deliver within South Africa at this stage shipping charges are calculated from R90 and up, subject to your location and choice of shipping . Shipping charges are calculated and added upon checkout and include VAT.
We will be expanding our footprint so come back soon to see new areas we will be delivering to.
The only charges which will be added to your order are the shipping charges. From R60 to R150.00 subject to location in South Africa and quantity ordered.
Upon arrival of your product and no later than within 24 hours of arrival should you send us an image of the damaged product to info@fiorifragrances.com along with your order number and waybill number.
We will make arrangements to replace your damaged product after careful assessment of the damage. The damaged product is to be returned to the courier upon receipt of the replaced item in its original packing.
Our online shop is geared to inform clients of out-of-stock items. Here's what you do when your favourite fragrance is out of stock:
- Click on the out of stock fragrance.
- Select the size of the fragrance you want.
- Head down to the "waiting list" section and add yourself to the waiting list.
You will be notified immediately by email as soon as stock is back in which should be a matter of a few days.
You may also check whether stock is back in by accessing your "Account" page.
Please contact us directly HERE and we will source it for you. Our fragrances go through rigorous testing to ensure that they comply with our standards before we place them on our lists which is why our product list does not reflect an endless list of fragrances. We are simply not happy with second best.
Our fragrances are sold online and via and agent network. We have a pick up location in Durbanville, Cape Town where clients in the vicinity can pick up orders which have been placed online.
